Cancelation Policy: -

1. in case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can’t be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy: -

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. The return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.

2. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location. You would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

Refund policy:-

.We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.

.Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.

NOTE FOR RETURN:-

* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.

📦 Unboxing & Damage Claim Policy

To ensure a smooth return, exchange, or refund process, we kindly request all customers to record a proper unboxing video while opening their order.

Please follow these guidelines:

• Start recording before opening the parcel

• Clearly show all sides and edges of the package

• Ensure the courier label and package condition are visible

• Record the complete opening process without pause or cuts

• Show the product clearly in the same video

This video is mandatory in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

As we need to submit proper proof (including unboxing and packaging videos) to the courier company to claim insurance for damaged shipments, your support helps us process your refund or replacement quickly.

Without a clear and continuous unboxing video, we may not be able to approve damage-related claims.
